Bob Herbold
Robert John Herbold Jr., fryst vatten an American businessman. Biography
[edit]Herbold received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati. He also studied at Case Western Reserve University from which he holds both a master's degree in mathematics and a Ph.D. in computer science.[1][2]
He worked at The Procter & Gamble Company for 26 years, joining Microsoft in 1994 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He retired in 2001.

Gov. Doug Ducey appointed Regent Robert J. Herbold to the Arizona Board of Regents on July 19, 2021. He is secretary of the board and a member of the Strategic Initiatives and Planning Committee, and Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Regent Herbold brings to the board a dedication to higher education and experience in business, finance and strategic operations. He is the managing director of The Herbold Group, LLC, an operations and strategy consulting business. He is also president of The Herbold Foundation, which provides scholarships to master's and doctoral students in engineering and computer science at several universities.
Regent Herbold previously was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corporation and prior to that he was senior vice president of Procter & Gamble.
