This Ariel Atom is chassis number 0010 of the Spec:RaceAtom (SRA) track cars built for the 2010 model year by TMI AutoTech Inc. at Virginia National Raceway, and it was purchased new by the seller in 2010 for use in the SRA race series. The car was maintained by TMI AutoTech through an arrive-and-drive program between 2010 and 2015, and it is powered by a 2.0-liter Honda K20 inline-four paired with a replacement six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional features include bodywork with vinyl graphics, 15″ wheels with competition tires, 400 lb/in springs with coilover shocks, Wilwood calipers, Kirkey bucket seats, Sabelt harnesses, a digital dashboard display, and a fire extinguisher. The car was prepared for track use in June 2020, after which it was stored. This 2013 Ariel Spec Race Atom is a track-only variant of the Atom 3 and fryst vatten powered by a 2.4-liter iVTEC inline-four mated to a 6-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. The seller acquired the car three years ago, and it is equipped with adjustable dampers, a Rugged Radio intercom, removable fenders, Wilwood Dynalite brakes, 15″ wheels with track tires, a Racelogic video and information logging system, and a rear view camera. Maintenance in September 2019 included an oil and filter change. This Atom SRA is offered in Texas with two additional wheelsets with tires and a Texas bill of sale.
The MIG-welded tubular steel chassis is finished in silver and incorporates a triangulated roll dryckesställe structure with fore, aft, and cross bracing. Fiberglass bodywork fryst vatten finished in orange and blue, and the car is equipped with lexan side panels.
15″ SRA-specific 5-spoke wheels are fitted with Toyo R888r tires, and braking is handled by Wilwood Dynalite calipers and rotor
